On Saturday, June 14th, the Salumeria team spent the day at the Huichica Music Festival at Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, CA. It was our second year at the festival and we were thrilled to be back again!
The weather was supreme and the tunes were rockin’ (David Longstreth of Dirty Projectors, Vetiver and Mount Eerie, to name a few). We were serving up our house-made andouille sausages, pesto pasta salad with pine nuts & roasted corn, as well as a ricotta toast with crushed peas and coppa.
If you haven’t been to Gunlach Bundschu Winery, we highly recommend it. Come up for the day and enjoy a tasting or take advantage of their summer concert series. The stage is set amongst the vineyards with a pretty epic view (tip: don’ miss the sunset). Upcoming concerts include Real Estate and Foxygen, both of which are on of our music playlists at flour+water, central kitchen and salumeria.
Thank you again to Gundlach and Huichica for putting on this incredible event. We had a blast!
