The final day has arrived and Ryan is making the most of what is left. As each meal was created with longevity in mind, he was able to make meals that would suffice for multiple days that would span the week. With 4 days under his belt, it was smooth sailing into the weekend. Ryan’s lunch consisted of beans and rice sautéed with half cup of chicken meat and three of his remaining tortillas.
The meal that just kept on giving was his chicken noodle soup for the week which rounded out dinner with a small salad of remaining romaine lettuce, a squeeze of lemon, olive oil and pear.
When Ryan was approached with the most obvious question “what are you most looking forward to eating after the challenge?” the response was simple, “after service is complete at central kitchen, Chef Tom has already promised a salsiccia pizza with a nice cold beer to top it off!”
