On November 11th, central kitchen will swing open the doors to its beautiful courtyard
Under the helm of executive chef, Thomas McNaughton, expect an ever evolving
array of options, with a few staples on the menu while enjoying delicious cocktails
from soon-to-be-open neighbors, Trick Dog.
House made items from salumeria feature heavily on the brunch menu including their
yogurt and granola, their brown sugar bacon, maple pork sausage and the salumi

central kitchen’s relaxed courtyard, designed by Paxton Gate, is an ideal spot to take a
break from your busy schedule and enjoy a leisurely brunch. With its fully retractable
ceiling and carefully placed space heaters, it is an inviting space year round. Make it
lazy, a little indulgent and keep the holiday spirit going long past December.
central kitchen will keep half the tables in the restaurant open for walk-ins, but will
also be taking reservations via Open Table for brunch.
