Let Chef Thomas McNaughton teach you all about prepping your turkey for the big day. Learn how to get the best of your bird and utilize all of its components on various delicious ways. In this class, chef Tom will discuss the proper cooking techniques (deep frying vs. roasting), brining methods and how to select the right bird for you! He’ll also demonstrate the right carving technique.
While you’re hard at work learning the tricks of the trade with turkey, we’ll serve up some salumi and cheese platters with prosecco, white and or red wine.
Classes will be held at 6:30pm in salumeria, and limited to 12 guests each, on the following dates:
